Should you have an emergency repair situation outside of normal business hours, keep calm as help is never far away.

We monitor our phones regularly, even when we are not at work, so we will respond to your message in a reasonable time frame after you’ve reported the situation.
Our team is trained in talking you through some problems, enabling you to get things back on track with as little fuss as possible. However, we are not tradesman, and if needed, we will get a tradesman to you as soon as we possibly can.
What is Considered an Emergency Repair?
If your repair is not listed above, then it is considered to be a non-urgent maintenance request, which has to be put in writing to your property manager for their attention during business hours.
