Ray White Sippy Downs would like to welcome Courtney Terrill. With a bright and bubbly personality and extremely strong work ethic, Courtney fills the role as our new Customer Care Manager. Responsible for ensuring every client from our tenants through to our tradespeople enjoy their experience with our awesome team.

On a daily basis Courtney will be supporting our day-today running of the office and take control of all our internal Marketing & Social Media spaces, along with work closely with our Property Management and Sales departments to provide a great Customer Service Experience by way of obtaining, analysing and improving our customer feedback and reporting systems.

Courtney brings with her an exceptional customer service focused discipline and a background of previous administration and receptionist role from within the luxury car industry. Having grown up on the Sunshine Coast, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends and living an active lifestyle that only a coastal lifestyle can provide.

How would Courtney best describe herself? "I am a highly organised individual, I'm hard working and consider myself a problem solver". With her bright and bubbly personality and extremely strong work ethic, Courtney is a great fit into our strong family culture here at Ray White Sippy Downs.
